Can I use the Options premium received to open new F&O positions?

When you write (sell) options, the premium credit received can only be used for new long (buy) option trades on the same trading day. Similarly, when you exit your long (buy) option positions, the proceeds can only be used for new long (buy) option trades on the same day.
