Referral Terms and Conditions:

I/We wish to enroll as a Referrer in Referral program introduced by Aaritya Broking Private Limited (hereafter referred to as SAHI). I hereby accept following terms and conditions as laid down by SAHI:

  1. I/We am aware that SAHI is a SEBI registered Stock Broker and Depository Participant having membership of NSE, BSE and CDSL.
  2. I/We will introduce the clients for opening a trading and demat account with SAHI. The referral fees are acceptable to me as per the prevalent SAHI policy. The SAHI management reserves right to modify the fees or conditions at any point of time by giving intimation to me.
  3. I/We hereby acknowledge that I/we will be sharing my/our unique referral link or code to the referee and the referee must enter the unique code while opening the trading and demat account.
  4. I/We hereby agree to receive the referral fees in the bank account registered with SAHI.
  5. I/We hereby agree not to undertake any form of selling/advisory activities in secondary market w.r.t securities and will not manage the portfolio of any person who is being referred.
  6. I/We hereby agree not to do any such activity which involve trade inducement for the clients introduced by us.
  7. I/We agree not to disclose any trading related information about the client to any other person except as required under regulatory law.
  8. I/We agree that I/we shall not use SAHI brand name, logo, advertisement material, marketing material without express written consent of SAHI.
  9. I/We agree that I/We shall not receive directly any client related correspondences like contract notes, daily margin statement, statement of accounts, Annual global transaction statements etc. from SAHI.
  10. I/We agree that I/We shall not approach client for any incentives / referral fees for any recovery.
  11. I/We acknowledge that disputes / grievances arising out of these terms and conditions are not covered under investor protection or grievance redressal measures of the Exchange.
  12. I/We agree that the referral arrangement can be terminated by either party by giving a month’s notice. I/We also agree that SAHI can terminate the referral arrangement immediately in case any regulatory directives are issued to the effect.
