As per stock exchange guidelines, any segment with no transactions for 12 months is marked as inactive. If a segment in your Sahi account is about to be deactivated, we’ll notify you in advance so you can take action.
If a segment has already been deactivated, you’ll find an option in the profile section to reactivate it. Reactivation usually takes 2-3 working days.
To avoid deactivation, we recommend making at least one transaction per segment every 12 months. For further assistance, feel free to reach out to Sahi Customer Support.
